We provide manpower services including, but not limited to, Security Guards, Gunmen, Bouncers, Personal Revolver Officers, Personal Security Officers, Security Supervisors, Housekeeping Staff, Drivers, and Packing Staff across Delhi NCR.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance via phone, email, or our website.
- Payments should be made as per the agreed terms in the service contract.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service based on non-compliance or security concerns.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Refunds (if any) will be processed as per the agreement signed at the time of service confirmation.
5. Responsibilities of Clients
Clients must ensure a safe working environment for the personnel deployed.
Any abuse, mistreatment, or violation of human rights may lead to immediate termination of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and as specified in the service agreement.
7. Modifications
We may update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
